POLICE are appealing to the public for information about £17,000 worth of clothing which was stolen from a lorry park.

Some 2,900 navy dresses with a gold buckle were stolen from South Mimms service station between 2.30am and 8am on August 13, 2013.

PSCO Kleanthis Koutoubelides from the Potters Bar and Shenley Safer Neighbourhood team said: “We would like to hear from anyone who has been offered bulk cheap dresses for sale. If you have offered or brought any of these dresses or know may be responsible, please get in touch with us.”

Anyone with information about the dresses is asked to contact PCSO Kleanthis Kourtoubelides by calling 101.
